Your earnings depend on the volume and type of transactions you process. Active agents earn commissions on every transaction — deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments. There is no cap on how much you can earn.
Do I need to pay for the POS terminal?
Qualified agents receive a POS terminal at no upfront cost. A refundable caution deposit may be required, which is returned when you return the terminal in good condition.
What is the minimum float I need to maintain?
A minimum float is required to ensure you can process customer transactions. The specific amount will be communicated during your onboarding. This is your own money and is not charged as a fee.
Can I operate from home?
Yes, you can operate from a home-based business location provided it is accessible to customers and meets our basic requirements for a business outlet.
How are commissions paid?
