How long does it take to receive a physical debit card?
Physical debit cards are delivered to your registered address within 48 hours of your request in most Nigerian cities.
Is there a fee for requesting a card?
There is a one-time card issuance fee of N1,000 for personal debit cards and N1,500 for business expense cards. Virtual cards are free to create.
Can I use my BellBank card for online payments?
Yes. Both physical and virtual BellBank cards can be used for online purchases on platforms that accept Verve cards. For added security online, we recommend using a virtual card.
How do I block a lost or stolen card?
Open the BellBank app, go to Cards, select the affected card, and tap 'Block Card'. This permanently cancels the card. You can then request a replacement.
Can I have multiple cards on one account?
Yes. You can hold both a physical and a virtual card on the same personal account. Business accounts can have multiple expense cards for different team members.
